Hometown: Wailuki, Hawaii
A master downwind paddler, this North Carolina native is a legend on the island of Maui where his skills have made him among the most highly sought after coaches in the world. Jeremy can be found gliding down the Maliko Run whenever the wind is up and enjoys sharing his knowledge with visitors to the tropical island waters. He took up stand up paddling in 2005 when he combined a broken canoe paddle with a windsurf mast to make his first SUP paddle. He raced down the Maliko Run that year as the only stand up paddler in the event and as they say, the rest is history. Jeremy possesses a humble and patient demeanor ideally suited for the aloha lifestyle and draws a crowd of supporters whenever he leaves the island for coveted clinics and events.
