A PRESTIGE EVENT WITH SURFING LEGENDS
In addition to the performances of Duru and Lacomare, the event brought together an impressive line-up of surfers, including legends such as Kelly Slater, the champion with 11 world titles, Jérémy Florès, the initiator of the festival, as well as Olympic champion Kauli Vaast, Kai Lenny, Shane Dorian and Bobby Martinez. The women were not to be outdone, with the presence of Coco Ho and Vahine Fierro, rising stars of world surfing.
The Quiksilver Festival was launched to make up for the absence of the World Surf League, which has decided not to stop in Hossegor in 2019. For Jérémy Florès, the festival is a way of bringing together the cream of surfing, across all generations.
