ATLANTIS SUP BOARD
Rought Water and Downwind Board:
The Atlantis is designed for all-water conditions; however, its outline and dropped deck lower center of gravity make this more suited for rough water and downwind conditions, whether racing or touring.
All-Water Board that Excels in Flat Water:
The RS is an all-water board that gives a rider better performance in calmer conditions due to the flatter rocker line and channel tail.

Forgiving Nose for Faster Recovery:
The Atlantis has a high volumed bulbous bow section, which keeps the board loose and more forgiving, providing faster recovery and shedding water off the deck. It also has slightly more nose rocker, which is more forgiving in rough, choppy waters and downwind conditions.

Flatter Nose for Glide and Direction Control:
The nose of the RS is flatter and gives it excellent primary stability from the bottom. The nose is also pulled in more than the Atlantis, allowing it to punch through chop. The straighter nose rocker enhances glide in the flats and directional control.
COCKPIT
PLACING YOUN IN THE POSITION
Dugout Cockpit with Venturi Drain:
The dugout cockpit provides the lowest center of gravity possible for better stability in conditions. The new Venturi drainage system allows for rapid water drainage from the cockpit.
Shallow Cockpit with Drainage Holes:
The RS has a lower rail line and shallower cockpit for unimpeded footwork and overall board maneuverability, typically preferred in technical races with lots of buoy turns. The shallower cockpit is also easier to get back on the board. The RS also features drainage holes
THE TAIL
PLANING AND TRIMING THE BOARD
Diamond Tail Shape to Control Pearling:
The Atlantis has a diamond tail shape reducing its surface area, which allows the tail to sink easier when you step back to ride the board, keeping the bow elevated and mitigating pearling. The fuller nose and reduced surface area of the tail creates an "auto trimming" effect.
Squared-Off Tail Shaped for Glide:
The RS fuller squared-off tail increases the surface area, helping to maintain an even plane through the water while paddling at a high cadence, which is ultimately fastest.
BOTTOM
TAKING ON ALL THE BUMPS AND WAVES
Both the Atlantis and RS have similar bottom designs and feature SIC's unique Step-Channel that promotes positive tracking and is loose enough to surf well in bumps and waves.
