Both ACE-TEC and TOUGH-TEC utilize thermo-formed skins, watertight EPS cores, and externally molded inserts. Both technologies use low energy consumption, no pollution, and resource conservation.

RECYCLABLE PART

ACE-TEC technology consists of thermoforming ASA polymer sheets around a molded polystyrene watertight foam core covered in fiberglass layers. Cut-off waste during production is recycled back into the process.  The EVA deck pad ensures a comfortable feel. The external inserts are molded. No water will penetrate the hull. ACE-TEC technology offers an unrivaled strength-to-weight ratio.
